The Company has diversified business operations with multiple product offerings including Test Preparation, Schools (Pre-schools and K12), Technical Campuses, and Private Universities in multiple geographies. Franklin Templeton Asset Management which brought its shareholding down to 137,618 shares or 0.76% as highlighted in our earlier post , sold 175,000 shares or 0.96% thereby removing the stock from its PMS account. This stake was purchased by Fidelity Global Equities Fund which already held 1106300 shares or 6.10% through Fidelity Fund- Asian Smaller Companies Pool (FII) and Fidelity Asian Values Plc (FII) has now purchased part stake of the above sale i.e. 170,891 shares or 0.94%. With this purchase its stake is now increased to 1,277,191 shares or 7.04%. Other Big investors in the company include Akash Bhanshali aka Big Whale.
